SERVICE DESCRIPTION
Your big day deserves nothing less than perfection. Our on-location glam squad is dedicated to bringing your vision to life with expert hair styling and flawless makeup artistry. Whether you’re a bride, part of a bridal party, attending a special event, or preparing for a photo shoot, we tailor each service to your unique style—handling every detail so you can relax and enjoy the moment.






BOOKING POLICY
By booking an appointment and paying the deposit, the client agrees to the terms of this policy. GLAM by P.H. will provide hair and makeup services on the date selected in the booking portal. PRICING – Hair Styling $145, Makeup + Lashes $155, Teen Hair (10–15yrs) $100, Teen Makeup (10–15yrs) $110, Child Hair (9yrs & under) $50, Child Makeup (9yrs & under) $60, Hair Extension Styling $25, Blow Dry $40, Tattoo Cover (under 5”) $50, Touch-Ups $100/hr. SCHEDULING – A schedule will be created from booking portal details and shared with the client. Changes to time, location, or requested services must be requested in writing by the booking client via email to info@glambyph.com. LOCATION - Services are provided at the clients requested location. PAYMENT – A non-refundable $160 deposit is due at booking and applied to the balance. Remaining payment is due one week prior to the appointment. Invoices are sent via email and payable by credit/debit card. FEES – Local travel $50 per stylist; Long-distance $100 per stylist; Destination travel requires a custom approved rate. A 10% gratuity and 10% service fee apply to all invoices. Early Start Fees (per stylist): $50 (before 7am), $100 (before 6am), $150 (before 5am). Clients are responsible for parking, valet, or related costs. If stylists incur expenses, they will be billed to the client. If lice or lice eggs are found, services stop immediately, and a $100 restocking fee will apply. MINIMUM – Long-distance and destination bookings may require a minimum of 5 services per stylist. Minimums vary by date, time and location. CANCELLATION – Cancellations are not permitted within 30 days of the appointment. Services canceled during this period remain the client’s financial responsibility. The clients card on file will be charged if the booking is canceled within this window. POSTPONEMENT – Postponements are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. Updated rates may apply. REFUNDS – Concerns must be addressed during the appointment for correction. Once services are completed and stylists depart, all sales are final and non-refundable. PHOTO RELEASE – Stylists may take photos of completed services. Unless otherwise requested in writing, GLAM by P.H. may use these photos for advertising, website, or social media. ALLERGY RELEASE – Clients must inform stylists of any allergies or sensitivities before services begin. GLAM by P.H. and its stylists are not liable for any reactions or sensitivities.
